Ingredients:
- Half an onion
- A carrot
- A celery
- 200 gr. of chopped pork meat
- A cup of oil
- 500 gr. of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of water
- Salt
Preparation:
Chop the onion, the carrot and the celery. Then fry them all with the chopped meat in the oil already heat. Add the tomato sauce, the water and the salt. Cook for 1 hour approximately until reach the desired thickness.
